What is private vs shared

Private to each cabin: the interior, bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and that cabin’s hot tub.

Shared on the five acres: the gas firepit, the gaming / horseshoes / cornhole area, the 30-foot water feature, the wooded walking space, and the parking. You may have neighbors in the other cabin. Book both units if you want the property to yourselves.

Pets

Both cabins are pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee charged on the Airbnb listing at checkout — we do not hide a second fee at the door. The dollar amount, how many animals, and any size notes are on the listing for your dates (they can change). Assistance animals follow Airbnb’s rules, not the pet fee.

The five acres are wooded, not a fenced yard. Use a leash near the water feature, the firepit, and the other cabin. Do not leave a dog on the hot tub deck unattended. Pick up after them. If your dog is not good with other dogs, say so when you book — the grounds are shared even though each cabin has its own interior and tub. Full notes: pet-friendly cabins in Elizabethton.

Book both cabins

Two families, a reunion, or a race weekend works well when Cabin A and Cabin B are reserved for the same dates. You get two kitchens, two hot tubs, and two interiors on the same acreage — together at the firepit, separate when you want to sleep. Dates have to line up on both Airbnb listings; we cannot hold one cabin against the other automatically. Email host@monarchmountaincabins.com if you are trying to lock both.
